The performance of Airmars “1 kW, 260 family” of transducers is legendary. The combination of power and sensitivity has made this the high-performing transducer of choice with conventional fishfinders. Operating at 50 and 200 kHz, the narrow, 6 beam at 200 kHz provides excellent target resolution and crisp images of fish holding tight to wrecks and reefs. The 50 kHz is excellent at deep-water detection, and its wide, 19 beam yields broad coverage under the boat.

The thru-hull, B260 model has a bronze housing and is also available in stainless steel (SS260) for installation in metal hulls. Installed with the included, custom-fitting, High-performance Fairing, the B260 gives excellent results at speeds up to 30 knots (34 MPH).

The B260 will enhance fish detection on virtually all of today’s
fish finders. High-performance has been redefined with its
Broadband Ceramic Technology. The narrow, 6 degree beam 200 kHz
ceramic will give you excellent resolution and crisp image detail
needed for bottom fishing. The B260’s low ringing is perfect for
finding fish holding tight to the bottom and other structure.
The seven-element 50 kHz array has a wider 19 degree beam for
deeper blue-water fishing. The outcome at both frequencies
is excellent resolution and crisp image detail where it’s needed
most.
